Meet Queen City Porches

From Fall Pumpkins to
Year-Round Porches

What started as Queen City Pumpkins—a fall decorating service that brought seasonal magic to Charlotte porches—has grown into something bigger. We loved transforming our neighbors' homes each autumn, but we kept hearing the same thing: "Can you do this for spring? For Christmas? Year-round?"

So we evolved. Queen City Porches is our answer to busy homeowners who want beautiful outdoor spaces without the hassle of planning, shopping, planting, and storing seasonal decor.

Meet the Friends Behind Queen City Porches

We’re Janica and Natalie, two local Charlotteans whose friendship blossomed at a holiday party at Piper Glen Country Club, where we're both proud members. What started as a conversation about our shared love of golf has grown into a beautiful partnership rooted in community and creativity.

Why We Created QCP

We're both busy. Between work, family, nonprofits, and everything else life throws at us, we get it. You want your home to look good, but you don't have time to become a seasonal decorating expert or store bins of fall decor in your garage.

That's exactly why this service exists. We handle the entire process—design, delivery, installation, seasonal swaps—so you can enjoy a beautiful porch without adding one more thing to your to-do list.
